My name is Terrie, I am a 37 year old, late diagnosed autistic SEND mummy and a dedicated advocate. I am based in Warrington but support parents and autistic individuals all across England. My journey into advocacy began through my own journey with my son, who is autistic with sensory processing disorder and a PDA profile. Gaining knowledge to fight for him ignited my passion for promoting and advocating for the rights of children with special educational needs and individuals who are autistic. The commitment has driven me to pursue multiple qualifications in SEND and autism, along with extensive training in SEND law and PDA. I firmly believe in and have a passion in fighting for every SEN child and autistic individual having the right to thrive, be included and experience equality in all aspects of life. I strive to give parents and autistic individuals the knowledge and support they need to effectively advocate for their/their child's rights.
